We manufacture the whole range of Work Rolls, Back-up Rolls, Sendzimir Rolls, Straightener/Leveller Rolls and Plate & Cold Strip Work Rolls. Rolls can be manufactured in sizes up-to 300 mm diameter and total length of 3000 mm.

Rolls are manufactured from High Carbon High Chromium Steels, Alloy Steels of EN-31 &K-310 grade and special grades based on functional requirements.

Rolls are manufactured from Forged Alloy Steel Rounds which are ultrasonically inspected to ensure defect-free rolls. The basic manufacturing cycle consists essentially of machining rolls to customer's drawing, depth to obtain hardness by means of induction hardening as specified by customer and finish grinding.
